Moments like this remind us why we walk every neighborhood, knock on every door, and listen to every story.
While out in the Tower District, Keshia had the absolute honor of meeting Miss June Ann. At 90 years young, Miss June Ann shared that she lived to see 90 just so she could cast her vote for Keshia Thomas for Fresno City Council. From swapping laughs on the porch to sharing history about the neighborhood, the connection was instant and heartfelt.
"I don’t feel 90 years old," Miss June Ann said with a smile—and that vibrant spirit is exactly what makes our community so special.
Our campaign is built on respect for our elders, listening to longtime residents who built this city, and bringing real representation to City Hall. Thank you, Miss June Ann, for your blessing, your warm hospitality, and your vote!
